Anti-Racism Action Plan that intends to help address barriers to employment, justice and social participation among women BIPOC athletes within emerging industries in Canada.

Eligibility for the program was determined by specific qualifications. We were on the lookout for applicants who met these criteria and who had a strong desire to build confidence in life outside of sport. If this described you, we hope you seized the opportunity to apply!
